Early Career Reviewer Training Program

The Endocrine Society Journals provide an Early Career Reviewer Training Program. To be considered for the training program, a participant must first meet these basic requirements:

  • Must hold a higher degree, such as an MD, a PhD, or equivalent;
  • Must have published at least 3 first-authored original research articles in recognized peer-reviewed journals;
  • Must be currently affiliated with a university or other institution;
  • Must be actively involved in basic or clinical research;
  • Must be willing to work with a senior advisor to gain feedback on reviews;
  • Must have an institutional email address or be able to provide a letter from a supervisor with an institutional email address confirming the candidate’s affiliation.

Training periods will be limited to 25 participants. In 2025, there will be three training periods. Deadline for applying for the first 2025 training period is Friday, March 14, 2025.
