Travel Visas
Obtaining a travel visa to attend a meeting in the United States may take longer than usual. We advise scheduling your visa appointment as soon as possible if you plan to attend ENDO 2024. For information on the anticipated timeline, please visit the State Department website.

The Endocrine Society has contracted with various hotels near the BCEC. ENDO 2024 housing reservations open in early January 2024.
Airport Information
Boston Logan International Airport
Estimated time of travel from Boston Logan International Airport to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) : 25 minutes by car
Shuttle Service to Boston Convention & Exhibition Center
Attendees booking through ENDO 2024’s official housing and registration site and staying at the following hotels will receive complimentary round trip shuttle service to the BCEC.
**This list is not comprehensive, please check back for updates as we add additional hotels. Attendees not staying at one of the above hotels may purchase a shuttle pass during the registration process.
Boston Public Transportation
The BCEC is steps away from the MBTA’s Silver Line World Trade Center stop, which is the same subway line that services Logan Airport. It’s also a 15-minute walk from South Station, one of Boston’s major transportation hubs. South Station provides local services via bus, subway (Red Line), and the regional Commuter Rail, plus service across the country through Amtrak and bus. Valet Parking
Valet parking ($40) is available during most events. To access from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive and the valet area will be immediately on your right. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
BCEC South Parking Lot
To self-park in the BCEC South Lot, from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you. Parking rates are $25 for regular sized vehicles and $50 for oversized vehicles.
Please note: Parking is limited at the BCEC and is available on a first come, first served basis. On certain events if the South Lot is full, attendees may be directed to an offsite parking lot.
