Felipe Martins Elias, BSc, MSc

Felipe Martins Elias, BSc, MSc completed his undergraduate degree in Fundamental Sciences for Health (USP, SP, Brazil) and is working on a Masters degree in Endocrinology from the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP (HCFMUSP), SP, Brazil. Elias Started working with microRNAs in thyroid Cancer and development and is now working with plasma microRNAs profiles in DDS patients since 2017, and AR related mutations since 2018. His main field is molecular biology with an interest in hormone regulation and sexual development.

What advice would you give for someone looking to become more involved in the Endocrine Society?

First would be to become a member, then reaching out to people involved in the field.
