Melanie L. Lyden, MD, is a Professor of Surgery and endocrine surgeon at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She received her doctorate from Michigan State University and completed her residency at the Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Lyden is currently Chair of the Fellowship Committee of the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons.
