Nicole Ehrhardt, MD
Dr. Ehrhardt is a board-certified endocrinologist at the University of Washingon Diabetes Institute Clinic and UW assistant professor of Medicine and Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition. She has served many roles in the clinical setting: hospitalist, staff endocrinologist, core faculty member of an endocrine training program, 16 years as an army doctor, and has over 10 years of experience in diabetes and obesity. Dr. Ehrhardt is also the lead for Project ECHO®, whose goal is to increase the capacity for PCPs and clinics to safely and effectively manage underserved patients with diabetes who do not receive routine specialty care.
Lorena Alarcon-Casas Wright, MD
Dr. Lorena Alarcon-Casas Wright, is a board-certified physician with the University of Washington Diabetes Institute at South Lake Union, the Endocrine/Diabetes Clinic at Harborview and a UW Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine and Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition. She is also a member of the UW Medicine Diversity Council. She is passionate about decreasing healthcare disparities and increasing awareness on diversity, equity and inclusion in medical education and health care. She believes that providing care that is culturally sensitive is important to success.
Subbulaxmi Trikudanathan, MD
Dr. Trikudanathan is Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington where she also works as a board-certified endocrinologist at the Endocrine and Diabetes Care Center. She currently serves on the Patient Engagement Committee at the Endocrine Society, where she produces patient resources based on her expertise in women's health, specifically PCOS, diabetes, osteoporosis, and adrenal disorders.

Our physician referral directory is comprised of over 6,500 members of the Society. The referral is updated daily with clinicians who are accepting new patients.
