Caitlin talks with Varykina Thackray, PhD, from the University of California, San Diego, about her 2018 article in JCEM about polycystic ovary syndrome and hyperandrogenism. This paper was selected for a special thematic collection of Endocrine Society-published articles by women.
Dr. Thackray also presented abstracts at ENDO 2019 on “A Novel Upstream Enhancer Acts Synergistically with GnRH and Activin to Increase FSHβ Transcription” and “Gut Bacterial Composition Correlates with an Improved PCOS Phenotype after Co-Housing.”
