Scientific Abstracts

April 15, 2025

There is no better place to share your research than ENDO, the Endocrine Society's annual meeting. Submitting an abstract earns media coverage for your work, connects you with scientific investigators with similar interests, and helps drive patient care for the people that need us most. All presented abstracts will also be published in a supplement to our Open Access publication, Journal of the Endocrine Society (JES) and assigned a DOI.

Late-breaking abstract submission for ENDO 2025 is now OPEN!  Abstracts will be accepted until Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM ET US.

QUICK SUBMISSION TIPS

  • Late-breaking abstracts will be accepted April 15-May 6, 2025. Review our revised abstract topics list and select the topic most relevant to your work.
  • Access the abstract submission site to begin your submission, edit a current submission, and print confirmations and receipts for completed submissions.
  • The abstract character limit is 2,500 characters, including punctuation and symbols, but not spaces.
  • You must have an endocrine.org user account to submit an abstract. Sign In or Create and Account.

ENDO 2025 will take place on July 12-15 in San Francisco, CA. Review the Abstract Submission Guidelines and the Abstract Submission Instructions prior to submitting your abstract. If you have any questions regarding your submission, contact [email protected].

  • There will be no options for virtual participation at ENDO 2025. The annual meeting will be fully in-person.
  • Abstract submission does not automatically register you for ENDO. Presenting authors must be registered for their abstract to be included in the ENDO 2025 program.
  • All submissions require payment of the non-refundable $150 abstract handling fee. Receipts for the non-refundable $150 abstract handling fee are available within the abstract submission site. To access, log in with your endocrine.org username and password.
  • Submitting authors may log into the site to edit their abstract up until the abstract submission deadline. NO REVISIONS to the abstract or the list of authors will be allowed once the site closes on the deadline date.

ENDO Embargo Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all abstracts presented at ENDO must not be released to the press or the public until the date and time of presentation. For oral presentations, the abstracts are embargoed until the session begins. The Endocrine Society reserves the right to lift the embargo on specific abstracts that are selected for promotion prior to or during ENDO.
